How can I check the status of my order?

 Click My Account at the top right corner of our website, sign in with your e-mail and password, and click on View Order Status for a list of your most recent orders and their status.

When your order is placed with our system, it is automatically set to “Awaiting Fullfillment” status. This only means that your order has been completed, your items have been pulled from inventory, and are waiting to be packed and shipped by our shipping department.  If you were able to order the item from our site, the item was in stock and is waiting to be shipped.

Do you have (this type) of ammo?

All of the ammo that we have available will be visible on our website.  Browse our categories or search for your type of ammo to see if we have it in stock.  If the ammo that you are looking for is not listed, either we do not carry it, or it is out of stock.  Please check our site frequently to see if your ammo is available.

When will (this type) of ammo be available / back in stock?

Currently it is hard to estimate when we will be getting your requested type of ammo in stock due to high volume ammunition sales in the U.S. Please bookmark and check our website frequently to see if your type of ammo is in stock.

Where is my ammo? How long does it take to ship an order?

 Check to see if there are any alert messages in a red banner at the top of our site relating to shipping delays etc..

How do I confirm that what I want is in stock and will ship immediately?

Simple, just look at the “In Stock” quantities displayed on our site under each product. These numbers reflect the exact amount of inventory in our warehouse that is available for immediate shipment. If we run out of a given product, our system no longer displays the product. We do this to make your shopping experience fast, easy, and efficient.
